With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Amy Singleton on October 5, at the age of 59. She was a cherished mother, wife, sister, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. As a talented performer and devoted resource manager, Amy touched the lives of many with her passion for the arts and unwavering kindness.

Born on June 10th 1965 in Mayfield Heights. Amy was the youngest of four siblings. She was a graduate of Solon High School and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Ashland University . Amy dedicated over 28 years to her role as a a Resource Manager at Capgemini driven by her passion for helping others.

Outside of her professional life, Amy was an avid participant in the local performing arts (Chagrin Valley Little Theater, Beachwood Community, Green Brier Theatre). She was a member of St Ritas  Church and Holy Angels. She devoted her talents and her time to theater performances, church gatherings and celebrating the Jewish High Holy days.

Amy is survived by her husband Glenn Singleton, daughters Abby Singleton (Alex Garcia) & Amanda Singleton as well as her sister Anita Whiting (Tim) and brother Alex Bobyarchick (Marianne). Loving sister in law to Bryan (Donna) A wonderful Aunt to five nephews and two nieces. She will be missed by the countless friends and loved ones she impacted over the years. She was preceded in death by her mother and father (Marie and Lt Col. Alex Bobyarchick) and her sister Annette Scott (Gary)

Amy will be remembered for her radiant smile and talent, her compassionate heart and the legacy of joy she leaves behind in the lives of those she touched. Her song and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A celebration of life will be held on behalf of Amy Singleton on December 8th from 1pm to 5pm at Punderson Manor. The family invites all who knew and loved her to join in commemorating her memory.  Please feel free to bring an ornament , a trinket or a fond story that reminds you of her.

In lieu of flowers, donations can made to the Portage County APL, Chagrin Valley Little Theater or the Gayle Wells Foundation for early onset Alzheimer's disease.
