ANTHONY CRIBARI age 98, passed away peacefully at home on April 18, 2020. He was born in Castiglione Cosentino, Calabria, Italy and was a long time resident of Solon, Ohio. Tony was proceeded in death by his beloved Antoinette (nee Oriti), wife of 66 years. Devoted father of Sal, Melina Merrill (Greg) and Mario (Jaimie). Loving grandfather of Sarah Studer, Michael Studer, Anthony Cribari, Alexandra Cribari, Andrea Cribari, and Mario Cribari. Dearest brother of Gino Cribari (deceased). Uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Tony was a World War II Veteran in the Italian Army and a 34 year employee of the Warner & Swasey Company. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a lifetime member in the Solon Italian Club. Family will receive friends, respecting social distancing at TABONE KOMOROWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 33650 Solon Rd. (Just W. of SOM), 9-11 A.M. Wednesday, April 22 with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Parma, Ohio. A Mass will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Rita Church in Solon, Ohio.
