ANTONETTE E. FORRO, "Toni" Forro, 92, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2021 at Independence Village of Aurora. She was born in New Jersey on June 13, 1929, the daughter of Leo and Maria (Iacobucci) D'Antonio.  After moving to Ohio as a young girl, she began a working career as a cashier, where she remained and retired from Local 880 after 50-plus years in the industry.  She met and married Julius Forro, a manufacturing designer, on June 11, 1949, eventually moving to Solon in 1966,  and where they resided raising a family for 40 years.

An active member of the community, she was an attending member of St. Rita Church.  She enjoyed her favorite pastime of baking Italian cookies. After being widowed, she eventually moved to an apartment in Aurora in 2016.

"Toni" is survived by her children, Lynn (Ben) Overlow, Karen (Arthur) Kowalewski, and Cheryl (Gregg) English; grandchildren Lauren (Josh) Daiger, Kimberly (Tim) Walter, Ryan (Sonia) Kowalewski, Alex English and Blake English; great-grandchildren Jack and Joshua Walter, and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, August 4 ^th at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Rd., Bainbridge, with visitation 1 hour prior to mass at 10 A.M.  Private entombment with the family will be held at a later date.
