ANTONINA GINA TOTANI (nee Pastorelli), age 93 of Aurora, Ohio passed away on July 26, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Franco Totani for 30 years. Mother of Alberta (Charley) Bowman of Kent, Ohio, and Joanna (Tom) Toth of Aurora, Ohio. A devoted Nonna to Kaitlyn Bowman of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Emily Bowman of Los Angeles, California and Abby Toth of Aurora, Ohio.

Dedicated sister to Ettore Pastorelli of Santa Monica, California.

Proud Zia to many nieces and nephews.

Gina was preceded in death by her parents Paolo and Antonina Pastorelli; sisters, Lina Paglia of Australia, Lora Luciani of Italy and Olga Totani of Salem, Ohio.

She worked as a cook for the Salem Community Hospital for over 20 years.

She enjoyed spending time with family and cooking Italian food because it was her love language. She also loved gardening and crocheting blankets.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or the Salem High School Alumni Association (www.salemohioalumni.org).

The family would like to thank Anna Maria of Aurora for their devotion and compassionate care, along with The Gardens of Western Reserve Hospice.

Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 342 S. Chillicothe Rd., Aurora, Ohio

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to mass starting at 10:00 a.m.

Internment will be at Grandview Cemetery in Salem, Ohio.
