AYLIE FIFER died at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio on July 3, 2014 after valiantly battling a burst aneurysm with massive hemorrhage which she suffered on June 25. Surrounded by her family and friends, Aylie left the earth peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, kindness, and boundless energy.

Aylie was born in Wooster, Ohio on April 16, 1976, to Cynthia and Warren Fifer "Gay and Buz" and her beloved and loving brothers, Matthew "Tug", Brett "Bo" and Lucas "Luke", and their wives Kristen, Beth, and Nicole. Three nieces, three nephews, a godson, and well-loved children of her many hundreds of friends are left to mourn her. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.

After growing up in Wooster, she attended high school at Western Reserve Academy, where she captained four varsity athletic teams. At Denison University, she twice captained her varsity field hockey team. She had a beautiful voice and sang with Ladies Night Out, Denison's women's a capella group. She also was lead singer for General Tsao's Chicken, a rock band, also while at Denison.

Aylie loved animals and volunteered at shelters as a youth. She rescued two cats, Harper and Wally, who were her constant companions whom she loved dearly. She worked tirelessly for various non-profit organizations including the LUPUS Foundation of America. She was concerned about the environment and the earth and its well-being.

Aylie loved her job at Arras Keathley Agency in Cleveland, where she was Director of Client Service. She worked in several other advertising organizations in Cleveland, and she loved them all.
