CHARLES E. SPENCER, Age 83 of Newbury, beloved husband of the late Dolores, devoted father of Fredric, Charles (Melissa), and Steve. Loving grandfather of seven and dearest great-great grandfather. Dear brother of Thomas, Theresa, Jaite, Margaret, Allen and the late Frank Spencer. Graveside service 11:00 A.M., Wednesday May 11th at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
