GEORGE E. OLSON, Age 91 of Solon, President, and CEO of OES. George was a mechanical engineer as his trade and was employed by A.O. Smith Harvestore in Arlington Heights, Il for many years of his early career. He then became employed by Cleveland Gear which brought him to the Cleveland Area from his birthplace of Chicago.  He worked for Cleveland Gear for 4 years before establishing his own business, Olson Engineering Services, Inc.  One of his jobs was for NASA in helping design a gear for the 1 ^st Mars Rover.  George loved cooking, fine wines, beer, enjoyed travel and learning history of Great Britain, various wars, especially WWII and the Korean War. He served in the National Guard after high school. George is leaving behind his beloved wife Anne N., of 68 years. They had first met at the Bank of Skokie where they were both working.  Devoted Father of Alan (Kathryn), Janet, Lynne, Mark (Dawn), Eric (Aeolia), and the late, Donald, and Terence. Beloved Grandfather of Brian, Geoffry (Daya), Heather Smith (Neal), Michael Berber, Roberta Heller, and Brandon Heller (deceased), Matthew, Meg-Anne, Markus, and Merrick, Liam, Great Grandfather of Opal Snapp, and Finn Smith, Caitlyn and Collin Fitzgerald.
