Grace Albers(nee Ciszewski), age 69, of Solon, OH passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 5th, 2016. Beloved wife of Donald Albers; loving stepmother of Michael (wife, Lisa) and Matthew (wife, Cristy); dear grandmother of Hunter and Evelyn. Dear daughter of Frank J. and Martha Ciszewski, both deceased; dear sister of Frank E. "Sonny" and Loretta "Lori" Hlebak, both deceased. Dear aunt and great-aunt to many.
