Herbert W. Bauer, Age 78, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025. He was the loving
husband to Gabriele, devoted father to Justin, Jennifer, Chris and grandfather to Emma. His
family was his pride and joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them. Known for his
sense of humor, Herb could always make the room laugh and smile. He was a hardworking
sales executive who took great pride in his career at American Greetings, where he worked
from 1973 to 2009. Herb's vibrant personality and positive outlook will be deeply missed by his
family and friends.
Funeral Mass Wednesday February 26, 2025, Saint Rita Parish, 32820 Baldwin Rd, Solon, OH
44139 at 10:00am. A private burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
