JOLENE ANN CZYZNIK, entered into rest Sunday, July 13, 2014, survived by her brother Stanley J. (JoAnn) and her sister Sandra Kuhn (Eugene); many beloved nieces, nephews and good friends. Jolene was a true animal lover, especially her dogs Eli and Molly. Family suggests contributions to the Cleveland Animal Protective League at
