Kathleen Zampounis née Graham, age 57, of Streetsboro, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the early hours of May 9, 2025.

She was born on September 14, 1967, to the late Richard and Alice Graham née Hendrich of Solon, Ohio.

Known for her innate ability to light up any room she walked into, Kathleen was a beloved mother, sister, fiancée, friend, aunt, and so much more. She loved many things, but loved her family above all else.

Kathleen is survived by her two sons, Nick (Ashley) and Ryan (Natalie), and her fiancé Kevin McMillan. She is also survived by her siblings, Rich (Judy), Tim, Bob, Kevin (Laura), and Colleen Siragusa (Mike).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Rd. Chagrin Falls (Please meet at the church). Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th from 4-8 p.m. at St. John Funeral Home, 16381 Chillicothe Rd., Chagrin Falls.
