Michael Richard Powidel, beloved son of Richard Powidel and Karen Magill, unexpectedly departed his loving family on May 5, 2023. Born on March 3, 1983, Mike was also the much-loved brother of Jim (Jackie) and Katie Allvord (Chase), and the step-brother of Gil, Brian, Mark and Michael, and step-son of Doug Magill. Mike was also a caring Uncle Mike to Hudson and Hazel.

In addition, he leaves behind his aunt and godmother, Christine Stadler, (Don Majcher, Uncle Don), his uncle Tom "Mick"Komac, and his Uncle Gerry, Gerard Stadler (Ginny Rosen). He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Ted and Lottie "Babcia" Powidel and Tom and Carrol Komac.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday , May 13 ^th , at 10:00 am at Saint Rita Catholic Church, 32820 Baldwin Road, Solon. Private interment will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, at a later date.
