Shirley Louise Murphy (nee Haymen), age 85 moved to heaven peacefully on May 21, 2017. Shirley loved golf and people. She enjoyed waitressing at Quinn's Restaurant for nearly 20 years and for many years preparing food for golfers at Grantwood Golf Course. But Mostly, Shirley loved her family and friends. Beloved wife of 38 years to the late Gerald A. Murphy, loving mother of five boys: Brian (Kathleen), Gerry Jr., Daniel (Stephanie), James and Ronald. Grandmother of six: Shannon (Jeremy) Spears, Erin (Joseph) Ellis, Megan, Brett, Jason and Kelly. Great Grandmother of four:  Joshua, Hayley, Elijah and Juliet Ellis and special niece, Linda Munn.  The family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm Friday, May 26 at Tabone Komorowski Funeral Home 33650 Solon Rd. Solon, OH (Just west of SOM). Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Shirley's life will be held on Saturday, May 27 at St. Rita's Church 32820 Baldwin Rd. Solon, OH at 10:30am. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
