Michael Komorowski

Michael was also born in Cleveland and lived above the E. 71st St. Funeral Home during his childhood. He joined the family business full-time in 1991 after graduating from the University of Dayton. When the Tabone Funeral Home was acquired, he and his wife moved to Solon, where their two daughters attend Solon schools. Michael's family belongs to St. Rita Parish, where he is an usher and his wife, Julie, taught PSR. The Solon Community is of utmost importance to Michael, where the funeral home sponsors many activities and organizations such as the Solon Senior Center, Knights of Columbus, and the Solon Italian American Foundation. Along with all of his professional associations, Michael was past President of the Cuyahoga County Funeral Directors Association, the District Representative to the State of Ohio Funeral Directors, and a twenty-year member of the National Funeral Directors Association. Most recently, Michael received the Polonia Heritage Award for distinguished community service, and was recognized by Solon's Mayor Drucker with a proclamation as well as the Cleveland City Council, the Ohio Attorney General, and the Ohio Senate.
Michael's favorite activities include skiing, tennis, and attending various sporting events, including his daughters' games.

David was born and raised in the Slavic Village area, living above the E. 71st Street Funeral Home, and has been involved in the community, working on the Slavic Village Board of Directors and Design Review Committee. He is a life-long member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, being a Parish Council member, Finance Committee member, and a member of the Holy Name Society. In addition, Dave also belongs to St. John Cantius Church in the Tremont area. Dave graduated from Cathedral Latin School, the University of Cincinnati, and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for 40 years. In addition to his professional association memberships, Dave is a member of the Society of Poles. His outside interests are alpine skiing and sailing.
